The 6 Week Get Sexy for Summer Contest

Here’s
how it works:
We’re all aware that Summer is approaching and most, if
not all of you, have added a few pounds of body fat over the winter. Now is a
perfect opportunity to get yourself back to a bodyweight and body composition
that you’ll be confident in showcasing at pool parties and at the beach all
Summer long! There are only two requirements to enter:
- Train with me a minimum of once per week for the 6 weeks of the contest. It can be in a 1 on 1 setting or outdoor group setting but I have to see you at least once all 6 weeks or you will be disqualified.
- Submit a before photo by the end of the day May 18 and an after photo by the end of the day June 29. Pictured below are examples of appropriate before/after photos.
The
winner will be decided by Jeremy Sims, Cellucor Regional VP and nationally
ranked bodybuilder who is on the verge of turning pro. He has one of the best
eyes for aesthetics and will be able to give an unbiased opinion on which
person has the most impressive transformation in their before/after photos.
6 weeks is not an insurmountable amount of time to commit
to something but is just enough time for a person to make a noticeable physique
transformation, provided they are committed to their goal. No roadblocks should stand in your way as
this contest wraps up just before the 4th of July. Good luck!
